About the role

We’re looking for a Brand Associate who can engage and connect with our customers, providing excellent service and education to build brand loyalty. You’ll collaborate with your team to deliver a top-notch customer experience through various channels.

Responsibilities

• Treat all customers and employees with respect and maintain a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by explaining our loyalty programs to customers.
• Engage with customers to drive sales and service, using suggestive selling techniques.
• Enhance the customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wraps, and back of house activities as needed.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area.
• Handle customer interactions and returns courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

• A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• A customer-focused service provider, both on and off the sales floor.
• Passionate about retail and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• A problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement and open to feedback.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to use retail technology and navigate the sales floor, stockroom, and office.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $15.00 to $20.00 per hour.
