Responsibilities

• Help customers find and purchase outdoor furniture that meets their needs and enhances their outdoor living spaces.
• Answer questions about products, sizes, colors, and styles.
• Assist customers with product demonstrations and installations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new products and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., using Microsoft Office).

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required.
• Passion for outdoor living and furniture.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Pay

Your compensation includes a guaranteed hourly pay rate, commission from 2.5% to 5.0%, and additional incentives paid at 20%. Unlimited earning potential is also available.

Schedule

Shifts vary, typically ranging from 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, with some evening and weekend availability.
