The Specialist Sport & Outdoor role involves providing exceptional customer service and expert product guidance across categories such as camping, fishing, hiking, and team sports. Key Responsibilities Include Engaging with customers to assess needs and recommend appropriate gear, apparel, and equipment to enhance outdoor experiences.Assisting with merchandising, restocking, maintaining attractive displays, and supporting inventory tasks like tagging and cycle counts.Operating POS systems to process transactions and returns accurately, while resolving customer issues professionally and with integrity.Collaborating with team members to meet sales and service goals, and participating in in-store events and community initiatives.Continuously expanding product knowledge through training to better serve customers.
