Retail Sales Associate - PT

Cuyana is hiring a part-time retail Sales Associate for our Fillmore store location.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check customers into appointments, and collect client information for outreach.
• Provide excellent personalized customer service and build relationships with clients.
• Serve as a Cuyana ambassador with expert product and brand knowledge.
• Assist customers with purchases, returns, exchanges, sizing, monogramming, bagging, and gift wrapping.
• Contribute to daily personal and store sales targets.
• Receive and process stock transfers; organize and prioritize stockroom space based on sales.
• Maintain, clean, and organize the stockroom and store; merchandise with direction from management.
• Assist with showroom inventory, restocking, and upholding visual standards (tags, stuffing, steaming).
• Process phone orders, coordinate in-store pickup, and arrange same-day courier deliveries (if available).
• Support teammates during peak seasons, retail events, and community events.
• Responsibilities may change based on business needs.

Requirements

• 6+ months of customer-facing, sales-driven experience; apparel/accessories or clienteling experience a plus.
• Strong connection to Cuyana’s Fewer Better philosophy.
• Team player who thrives in fast-paced environments with a professional, customer-service-focused attitude.
• Dependable, adaptable, and willing to assist with all store responsibilities.
• Excellent organization, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable handling customer conversations and interactions.
• Tech-savvy and flexible with scheduling—must be available weekends, evenings, events, and holidays.
• Able to bend, reach, lift, climb ladders, and move product; carry 25–30 lbs.
• Able to stand for extended periods.

Pay

$21–23/hour, commensurate with experience, skills, and location.
