Responsibilities

• Model company values in all actions, communication, and decision-making.
• Maintain store standards by assisting with stocking, merchandising, e-commerce operations, store cleanliness, and completing operational tasks.
• Perform any other duties as directed by management.
• Consistently create a positive customer experience using sales and customer service programs.
• Educate and enroll customers into BevMo!’s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App.
• Use product knowledge to make recommendations and provide solutions, such as product substitutions or special orders.
• Pick and pack items for e-commerce orders, ensuring accuracy.
• Clean and organize the warehouse.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Retail, e-commerce, or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Communication: Provide clear, concise, and unambiguous information while ensuring understanding and actively listening to others.
• Driving Results: Motivate individuals to achieve and exceed goals by setting clear expectations, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
• Process Management: Contribute to improving workflow efficiency and adaptability in a changing environment.

Pay

Gopuff/BevMo! pays employees based on market pricing and geographic location. The starting pay for this role in Petaluma, CA is $18.31 per hour. A candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
