Located steps from the shore, Beach House offers a curated selection of beach-inspired décor, apparel, and gifts, celebrating the laid-back, tropical lifestyle of the Gulf Coast.

Responsibilities

• Create magical moments for guests by delivering an enjoyable and unique shopping experience, including welcoming smiles and exciting product demos.
• Assist with day-to-day store operations, such as restocking shelves and helping guests find the perfect item.
• Engage and entertain customers with positive energy, making each interaction fun and memorable.
• Support store tasks that may include reaching, bending, stooping, or light crawling to create displays or assist with inventory.
• Occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to work irregular hours, including weekdays, weekends, early evenings, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with guests of all ages.
• Enthusiasm for sharing product knowledge and making personalized recommendations.
• Ability to collaborate positively with team members and store staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, cash handling, merchandising, or customer service is a plus but not required.
