About the Role
Join the vibrant world of Le Creuset as a Retail Sales Associate, where cookware meets color, and customers come for inspiration! You’ll be the friendly face helping shoppers discover their next kitchen favorite, sharing product tips, and keeping the store looking fabulous. From ringing up sales to restocking shelves, you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a love for great food and design to every shift.
Responsibilities
- Drive individual sales, service, and KPI results by consistently applying company selling techniques, leveraging promotions, and using sales performance tools to maximize opportunities.
- Deliver a joyful, brand-aligned customer experience by building meaningful relationships, maintaining strong product knowledge, and responding to customer needs professionally and promptly.
- Execute and maintain store standards by supporting visual merchandising, inventory control, and operational procedures while adapting with urgency to changing business needs.
Requirements
- Prior retail sales experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to work 10-20 hours a week minimum.
- Physical requirements include the ability to stand and walk on the sales floor for extended periods of time; climb a ladder; lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
