Responsibilities

• Drive individual sales, service, and KPI results by consistently applying company selling techniques, leveraging promotions, and using sales performance tools to maximize opportunities.
• Deliver a joyful, brand-aligned customer experience by building meaningful relationships, maintaining strong product knowledge, and responding to customer needs professionally and promptly.
• Execute and maintain store standards by supporting visual merchandising, inventory control, and operational procedures while adapting with urgency to changing business needs.

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical requirements include ability to stand and walk on the salesfloor for extended periods of time; climb a ladder; lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
