About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team based in New York City. Our retail channel is dynamic and growing, playing a central role in the development of our company with direct stores in Italy, the UK, and the US, and planned openings nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming Italian environment for customers
• Sell high-quality chocolates and serve gelato and coffee
• Assist with visual merchandising and process register transactions
• Slide between various duties to support the team
• Provide excellent customer experiences
• Work evenings and weekends
• Multitask and think on your feet

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising
• Knowledge of ingredients and allergens
• Confidence in working a cash register
