About the role

As a Retail Sales Associate at Nespresso’s Northpark Center boutique, you will be the welcoming face of the store, guiding and assisting customers to create an inviting experience that goes beyond selling coffee. You will use your coffee knowledge to help customers discover their perfect coffee match and create unforgettable moments with Nespresso.

Responsibilities

• Brand Advocate – share Nespresso’s mission and values in sustainability and recycling, contributing to positive change through coffee.
• Customer Obsessed – demonstrate hospitality and a genuine heart for working with people.
• Greet and Engage – create memorable experiences that make customers feel valued and eager to return.
• Listen and Learn – understand each customer’s needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions.
• Product Knowledge and Promotions – offer complimentary coffee tastings, showcase product knowledge, and drive sales.
• Team Collaboration and Respect – proactively support and collaborate with teammates to maintain a cohesive, successful work environment.
• Operations and Safety – maintain the boutique’s elegant appearance, assist with shipments, arrange eye‑catching displays, keep the coffee wall stocked, and ensure cleanliness.
• Training and Learning – complete a training period designed to set you up for success beyond your first day.

Qualifications

• Inherently a people‑person who thrives in a customer‑service environment.
• Enjoys working in a fast‑paced setting, thinking on your feet, and adapting to change.
• Punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Patient and resourceful, able to troubleshoot day‑to‑day challenges on the spot.

Compensation

Pay: $21.00 per hour. Bonus eligibility: Yes. Compensation may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
