Responsibilities

  • Help customers bring their home design dreams to life
  • Deliver world-class service in a low-pressure, gimmick-free atmosphere
  • Work in a dynamic, energetic, and customer-focused environment
  • Engage with customers through active listening and consultative selling
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Collaborate effectively within a team
  • Adapt to various retail schedules and high-energy environments
  • Use digital tools and point-of-sale systems efficiently
  • Manage time and tasks effectively
  • Solve problems and meet sales goals

Requirements

  • Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • At least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s
  • Able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the showroom
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed

Qualifications

  • Passion for home design and interior décor
  • Previous retail or commission-based sales experience preferred
  • Bilingual communication skills preferred
  • Comfortable with digital tools and point-of-sale systems
  • Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
  • Problem-solving and goal-oriented mindset
