Role Overview: A part-time Senior Sales Associate is responsible for assisting students, parents, and educators in selecting musical instruments, accessories, rentals, and lessons to support their musical goals. Key Responsibilities Drive sales by recommending products and services.Deliver exceptional customer service and share expert product knowledge of band and orchestra instruments.Enroll customers in rentals and private lessons.Operate the POS system and maintain merchandising standards.Support community and school outreach initiatives.
