Responsibilities

• Help customers select and purchase outdoor furniture
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with product demonstrations
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Participate in special events and promotions
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Valid driver's license (with good driving record)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Pay

Guaranteed hourly pay plus commission from 2.5% to 5.0%, and additional incentives paid at 20%

Schedule

Flexible schedule with potential for evening and weekend shifts
