Responsibilities

• Help customers design and select outdoor furniture solutions
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with product demonstrations
• Manage inventory and ensure store displays are attractive and appealing
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
