About the role

Comprehensive training program that covers all aspects of retail operations, including seminars on food knowledge, marketing, and product presentation.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute retail processes: ordering, receiving, presenting, storing, selling, and promotional activities
• Announce incoming deliveries and organize merchandise
• Monitor freshness in the fruit and vegetable section
• Ensure availability of baked goods
• Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the store

Requirements

• School leaving certificate (main or intermediate school)
• Passion for food and consumer goods
• Motivation, initiative, and reliability
• Numerical skills
• Team spirit and enjoyment of customer contact
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective communication

Schedule

37 to 39 hours per week, including vocational school attendance close to your residence.
