Role and Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of retail operations, including receiving and stocking goods, product presentation, freshness checks, ensuring availability of baked goods, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.
• Gain practical experience in managing inventory, sales processes, and customer interactions.

Qualifications and Skills

• School leaving certificate (qualifying secondary school diploma or intermediate school certificate)
• Passion for food and consumer goods
• Motivation, initiative, and reliability
• Numerical skills
• Team spirit and enjoyment of customer contact
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective communication
