Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers in our showrooms.
• Help customers find the perfect outdoor furniture solutions for their needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with product demonstrations.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic computer operations and point-of-sale systems.

Pay

Compensation includes:

• Guaranteed hourly pay.
• Commission ranging from 2.5% to 5.0%.
• Additional incentives paid at 20%.
• Unlimited earning potential.

Schedule

Our store operates during regular business hours, typically Monday through Saturday, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs.
