Responsibilities

• Help customers find and purchase outdoor furniture solutions that meet their needs and enhance their outdoor spaces.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend products that will best suit their requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each interaction is positive and memorable.
• Manage inventory and ensure displays are attractive and appealing to customers.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated with new products and industry trends.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
