Responsibilities
- Achieve personal sales targets and develop in-depth product knowledge
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Capture CRM data according to company guidelines
- Merchandise products following brand standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Monitor merchandise for cleanliness, accurate ticketing, and proper display
- Assist with inventory control and loss-prevention procedures
- Service watches, including sizing and battery replacements
- Open and close the store, ensuring operational readiness and security
Requirements
- Strong sales experience, preferably in luxury or fashion retail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Management experience is preferred
- Flexible availability to meet store scheduling needs
