We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Overview (maybe as

About the role? Actually Overview is not a standard heading; we can map to "About the role". The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have Overview paragraph: "At CubeSmart, our culture makes the difference. When we say it’s what’s inside that counts, we are saying “you count”". That's about the role/company. Could be "About the role". We'll include that. Responsibilities: The posting includes a list of responsibilities: bullet-like sentences after "In your role at CubeSmart Self-Storage, you will be required to manage and maintain stores within your district." Then subpoints: Customer Service (list), Property Maintenance (list). Also earlier bullet list about benefits: "Work/Life Balance That Works for You – Enjoy primarily daytime hours with the potential for Sundays off, giving you more time for what matters most." etc. Those are benefits? Actually they are part of "What CubeSmart Self-Storage offers:" which includes benefits like work/life balance, culture, competitive pay, time off, 401(k), benefits. So we need to separate Benefits and Pay sections. We have Pay: "The hourly rate for this role is $19.00-$21.00, based on experience." That's pay. We have Benefits: The list includes Work/Life Balance, Culture, Competitive Pay (but pay separate), Time Off That Grows with You, Shape Your Financial Future (401k), Benefits That Support Your Life (medical, HSA). Also earlier bullet list includes "Work/Life Balance That Works for You – Enjoy primarily daytime hours with the potential for Sundays off, giving you more time for what matters most." That's schedule? Actually schedule info: primarily daytime hours with potential Sundays off. That could go under Schedule section. But we only create Schedule if posting actually states them. It does state schedule: primarily daytime hours with potential Sundays off. So we can include Schedule section. Benefits: we have several benefits: Time Off That Grows with You (PTO), Shape Your Financial Future (401k match), Benefits That Support Your Life (medical plans + HSA up to $1,200). Also maybe "Culture You’ll Want to Be Part Of" is not a benefit but could be under About the role. We'll treat as part of About the role. We also have "You’ll Love Working Here Because ..." which is motivational; could be part of About the role or maybe omitted as filler? It's substantive but not a standard heading; we could include under About the role as prose. Qualifications: list of job requirements. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. We need to use

for each section heading,
  • for lists,

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. At end there is "We are an Equal Opportunity Employer..." which is boilerplate; we should remove. Also remove duplicated lines. Now structure:

    About the role

At CubeSmart, our culture makes the difference. When we say it’s what’s inside that counts, we are saying “you count”. You’ll Love Working Here Because YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE – YOU WILL BELONG TO A TEAM – YOU WILL GROW WITH US.

Maybe also include culture bullet? But we can keep as prose.

    Responsibilities

In your role at CubeSmart Self-Storage, you will be required to manage and maintain stores within your district. This includes skills in both customer service and property maintenance.

    Customer Service

but we only allowed h3 for section headings; we could use
    • for list items, but we need to keep subheadings? Could embed as or just list with description. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings like

      but they said use

for section headings. Could still use

for sub-sections but maybe safer to just use
      • and include the responsibility description within li. Could do two separate lists: one for Customer Service, one for Property Maintenance, each preceded by a

        describing the category. Thus:

        Responsibilities

The Store Operations Associate is responsible for two key areas:

        • Customer Service: Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience; interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport; meeting monthly sales goals and metrics; walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers; working both independently and on a team renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments utilizing our Point-of-Sale System (POS), completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments.
        • Property Maintenance: Physical requirements include daily walks of the property, cleaning the units and the store grounds, opening, and closing of the storage doors (up to 50 lbs.); maintaining facility which includes mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning out storage units, and similar activities; keeping a clean and safe storage facility to ensure conditions meet company guidelines (i.e., clean restrooms, neat landscaping and parking areas, storage doors that are clean and tidy, and neat decluttered office space).
But we used inside li; that's okay. Now Benefits section: we need to list benefits as
        • . Benefits include: - Work/Life Balance That Works for You – Enjoy primarily daytime hours with the potential for Sundays off, giving you more time for what matters most. (But schedule part maybe separate) - A Culture You’ll Want to Be Part Of – Be part of a company that invests in its teammates, with real opportunities to grow and advance across the U.S. - Competitive Pay from Day One – Start strong with a competitive hourly rate that reflects your value. (But pay separate) - Time Off That Grows with You – Earn Paid Time Off throughout the year, with more rewards the longer you stay. - Shape Your Financial Future – Build towards retirement and take advantage of a generous 401(k) match. - Benefits That Support Your Life – Access to affordable medical plans plus annual employer contribution to your Health Savings Account up to $1,200 for a family. We could separate Schedule and Pay. Thus Benefits section: list of benefits excluding pay and schedule? But schedule is part of work/life balance. Could still include schedule in Benefits? But we have separate Schedule section. We'll create Benefits section with items: Time Off That Grows with You, Shape Your Financial Future, Benefits That Support Your Life. Also maybe Culture? But culture is more about role. We'll include:

          Benefits

          • Time Off That Grows with You – Earn Paid Time Off throughout the year, with more rewards the longer you stay.
          • Shape Your Financial Future – Build towards retirement and take advantage of a generous 401(k) match.
          • Benefits That Support Your Life – Access to affordable medical plans plus annual employer contribution to your Health Savings Account up to $1,200 for a family.
Now Schedule section: "Enjoy primarily daytime hours with the potential for Sundays off". Also "Some locations may require Sunday hours." So schedule: primarily daytime hours, potential Sundays off, some locations may require Sunday hours. Thus:

          Schedule

          • Primarily daytime hours with the potential for Sundays off.
          • Some locations may require Sunday hours.
Pay section: hourly rate $19.00-$21.00 based on experience. Thus:

          Pay

The hourly rate for this role is $19.00-$21.00, based on experience.

Qualifications section: list of requirements. We have: - A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people. - Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market. - A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus. - Basic computer skills including MS office products. - Must have the ability to work Saturdays. - Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance are required. - While performing the duties of this job, you will be frequently required to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb or balance on a ladder. - Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship. We'll put as
          • . Thus:

            Qualifications

            • A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
            • Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
            • A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
            • Basic computer skills including MS office products.
            • Ability to work Saturdays.
            • Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance are required.
            • While performing the duties of this job, you will be frequently required to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb or balance on a ladder.
            • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.
We might also include Skills? Not needed. Now ensure we didn't repeat any content inadvertently. We included overview/about role, responsibilities, benefits, schedule, pay, qualifications. Check for any leftover substantive info not captured: The bullet list under "What CubeSmart Self-Storage offers:" includes Work/Life Balance, Culture, Competitive Pay, Time Off, Shape Your Financial Future, Benefits That Support Your Life. We captured Work/Life Balance under Schedule (but also includes primarily daytime hours with potential Sundays off). Culture we omitted; maybe we should include culture in About the role or as a separate section? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could include culture in About the role. We already have About the role with culture statement? We added "You’ll Love Working Here Because..." but not the culture bullet. We could incorporate the culture bullet into About the role as well. Let's adjust About the role to include both the opening sentence and the culture bullet and the motivational statement. Thus:

            About the role

At CubeSmart, our culture makes the difference. When we say it’s what’s inside that counts, we are saying “you count”. Be part of a company that invests in its teammates, with real opportunities to grow and advance across the U.S. You’ll Love Working Here Because YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE – YOU WILL BELONG TO A TEAM – YOU WILL GROW WITH US.

That covers culture and motivational. Now ensure we didn't duplicate any content: The responsibilities section includes the two key areas and details. Good. Check for any other substantive info: "While performing the duties of this job, you will be frequently required to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb or balance on a ladder." included in qualifications. "Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance are required." included. "Must have the ability to work Saturdays." included. "Some locations may require Sunday hours." included in schedule. Now ensure we
