Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure all company and legal requirements are met
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Handle cash, opening/closing business, and daily administrative paperwork
• Track goals and complete related tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours per day
• Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Pay

Base pay and commission opportunities allow our average employee to make $18–$25 per hour. Top performers earn even more.
