Responsibilities

• Help customers select and purchase outdoor furniture and accessories
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with product demonstrations
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Participate in special events and promotions
• Follow safety protocols and maintain store cleanliness

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Interest in outdoor living and furniture

Pay

Guaranteed hourly pay plus commission from 2.5% to 5.0%, and additional incentives paid at 20%
