Retail Sales Associate (full-time)

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and productivity standards
• Build a positive store environment through effective communication and collaboration with the management team
• Attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions
• Assist in driving Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other selling/service metrics (e.g., conversion, average dollar per transaction, average unit retail)
• Contribute to the store’s Units per Transaction (UPT) by introducing new, underperforming, and strategic categories
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through clienteling and post-sale engagement
• Leverage in-store elements to create memorable customer experiences and promote repeat purchases
• Follow store operating procedures to minimize shrink and handle POS transactions in compliance with company standards
• Support overall store upkeep, including physical maintenance and visual merchandising directives

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in apparel retail
• Proven record of successful sales performance, ideally with affluent or luxury brands in high-traffic locations
• Strong time management and multitasking skills for a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Good understanding of CRM tools and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Bonus: Proficiency in another language

Pay

Hourly range: $21.50 – $23.50. Offers are determined based on role responsibilities, market data, internal equity, and alignment with your experience and skills.
