Retail Sales Associate - Full-Time

About the role

Join Burlington Stores, Inc. as a Retail Sales Associate and become an important ambassador of the Burlington brand. You'll work at the front lines in our mission to provide world-class service to customers, assisting in various departments such as Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in locating merchandise
• Support floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the management team

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
