Retail Sales Associate - Full-Time

About the role

Join Burlington Stores, Inc. as a Retail Sales Associate and become an important ambassador of the Burlington brand. This role involves greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat and organized sales floor, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations.

Retail Sales Associates may be assigned to work in any or all of the following departments: Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required

$13.00 per hour
