Retail Sales Associate - Full-Time

About the role

Retail Sales Associates are important ambassadors of the Burlington brand, at the front lines in the mission to provide world class service to customers. Associates work together in a high-energy environment to drive results and make a difference in the community where they live and work. Retail Sales Associates may be assigned to work in any or all of the following departments: Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers, including locating merchandise when needed
• Maintaining a neat, organized, and clean sales floor
• Supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time

Schedule

• Flexible schedule required; including nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay & Benefits

• Base Pay: $15.92 per hour
