Responsibilities & Preferred Skills - Part-Time Sales Associate

  • Provide Stellar Customer Service
  • Greet every guest with our signature welcome and follow-up lines
  • Assist customers with product selection, usage tips, and personalized recommendations
  • Build connections with customers to encourage return visits and word-of-mouth referrals
  • Maintain Inventory & Store Appearance
  • Stock shelves, counters, and displays while monitoring inventory levels
  • Notify management of low-stock items to ensure product availability
  • Aid in pricing and labeling merchandise accurately
  • Product Handling & Preparation
  • Blend and package products as needed
  • Retrieve requested merchandise and answer product-related questions
  • Maintain accurate product knowledge by reading materials and attending training
  • Following Store Procedures
  • Adhere to operational standards and daily store procedures
  • Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
