Responsibilities

• Help customers find and purchase outdoor furniture solutions that meet their needs and preferences.
• Engage with customers to understand their outdoor living goals and recommend products accordingly.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring each interaction is positive and memorable.
• Manage inventory and assist with restocking shelves as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and trends.

Pay

Guaranteed hourly pay plus commission ranging from 2.5% to 5.0%, and additional incentives paid at 20%.
