Responsibilities

• Serve customers with an individualized and consultative approach, understanding their needs while maintaining professionalism and respect in your interactions.
• Build successful relationships with an open-mind and open-heart, focusing on providing the right solution in a collaborative, non-commissioned selling environment.
• Navigate and leverage technology/tools such as the iPad, floor planning software, and POS system to enhance the customer experience.
• Balance the high-paced customer traffic and the productivity of your downtime, bringing the stamina needed for the role.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in a customer-centric, fashion/design savvy retail environment with a passion for design and engaging with customers on the showroom floor.
• Exceptional communication skills, demonstrated confidence, attention to detail, prioritization and organization skills, and a high level of comfort navigating technology and virtual resources.

Benefits

• Salary for part-time (3-day) Design Associate: $34,650 - $43,000 / year ($27.76 - $34.46 / hour), depending on experience.
• Salary for full-time (5-day) Design Associate: $65,000 - $72,000 / year ($31.25 - $34.62 / hour), depending on experience.

Pay

• Part-time (3-day) Design Associate: $27.76 - $34.46 / hour.
• Full-time (5-day) Design Associate: $31.25 - $34.62 / hour.

Schedule

• Part-time (3-day) Design Associate: Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
• Full-time (5-day) Design Associate: Thursday - Monday; Days off: Tuesday & Wednesday.

Store Hours

Monday – Saturday: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
