Responsibilities
- Following our proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Massage Wellness Program
- Building customer loyalty through the sale of the monthly Elements Massage Wellness Program
- Taking and managing client appointments, ensuring the paperwork and payment process is smooth and accurate
- Engaging with clients during their visit, creating an exceptional experience
- Collaborating with Managers and Massage Therapists to maintain a positive and welcoming environment
Requirements
- One year of sales and customer service experience in a retail environment
- Able to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Massage Wellness Program
- Capable of transforming client criticism into stories of great client service
- Team-oriented thinking and the ability to learn new computer software
Qualifications
- Outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to listen actively and engage effectively with clients
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings
