Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program using our proven sales process
• Build customer loyalty by engaging with all types of clients, from new to established
• Turn client criticism into opportunities for exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred
• Experience selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients
• Customer Service experience in a spa-like or similar environment
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems, including scheduling and payment processing
• Driven to create an excellent work environment and memorable experiences for clients

Benefits

• $15.00-$17.00 per hour depending on experience
• Bonuses based on monthly conversion numbers
