Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service

About the role

Retail Sales Associates play a key role in positively changing the lives of clients by selling the monthly Elements Wellness Program and building customer loyalty. The position involves a mix of sales, customer service, and operational tasks in a spa-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow a proven sales process to sell memberships and services in-person to potential clients.
• Engage with new, established, and prospective clients by listening and addressing their needs.
• Turn client criticism into opportunities for exceptional customer service.
• Open and/or close the studio.
• Answer phones and assist with scheduling and checking out clients.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and assist with laundry.
• Use modern office tools for scheduling and payments.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Driver’s license or ID card.
• Availability for nights and weekends.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially selling memberships or services in-person.
• Customer service experience in a spa-like or hospitality environment is a plus.
• Driven to create a positive work environment for employees and exceptional experiences for clients.

Pay

$16–$17 per hour, depending on experience.
