Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service

Responsibilities and Duties

• Create an exceptional massage experience for all clients every time they come in.
• Follow our proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program.
• Be the face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio.
• Ensure the client appointment paperwork and payment process is efficient and accurate.
• Work as a team with our Managers and Massage Therapists to create an environment where clients are valued and respected.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prioritize communication with both clients and fellow staff.
• Profound knowledge and familiarity with up-to-date technology.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
• Prior retail sales or client care in a spa-like or similar environment preferred; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.

Studio Specific Benefits

• $17.00+/hour depending on experience.
