Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service

About the role

Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service (Front Desk) and positively impact clients' lives. We're looking for passionate individuals who enjoy interacting with people and are available to work weekdays, weekends, mornings, or evenings. Our studio is open from 9 am to 9 pm, seven days a week.

Pay

• $13 to $14 per hour, depending on experience
• Bonuses based on monthly conversion numbers
• Commission for wellness plan sales, with opportunities to earn $100+ in additional bonuses

Responsibilities

• Follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty
• Engage with new, established, and prospective clients by listening and responding to their needs
• Turn client criticism into opportunities for great customer service
• Sell memberships and assist with booking
• Maintain an orderly and clean workspace
• Collaborate respectfully with team members

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially selling memberships or services in-person
• Customer service experience in a spa-like or similar environment is a plus
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems for scheduling and payments
• Driven to create a positive work environment and exceptional client experiences
• Willingness to learn new things
