Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00/hr + Monthly Sales Bonuses & Commissions

Schedule: Part-Time / Full-Time (Peak hours Evenings & Weekends)

About the role

We’re hiring a Front Desk / Sales Associate to be the face of our studio. In this role, you’ll drive membership sales, support our service providers, and deliver a seamless, high-end guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Confidently educate clients on our Elements Wellness Program and close new membership subscriptions.
• Welcome clients warmly, manage check-ins/outs, and maintain a calm, premium studio atmosphere.
• Master our booking software to schedule appointments, rebook clients, and optimize room utilization.
• Recommend add-on services (Hot Stone, CBD) and gift cards to customize client care.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in retail, hospitality, spa, or membership sales (subscription/membership sales preferred).
• Confident verbal communication, a warm presence, and a professional demeanor.
• Sales-driven with motivation to hit monthly targets, conversion rates, and earn performance bonuses.
• Must be available for peak volume shifts, including evenings and weekends.
