Responsibilities

• Sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program using a proven sales process
• Build customer loyalty by engaging with all types of clients
• Turn client criticism into stories of exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred
• Experience selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients
• Customer service experience in a spa-like or similar environment
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems for scheduling and payments
• Driven to create an excellent work environment and memorable client experiences
