Responsibilities
- Guide clients through our proven sales process and introduce them to the Elements Wellness Program
- Build strong relationships with new, existing, and prospective clients
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience from check-in to check-out
- Handle scheduling, payments, and client communication using our easy-to-learn systems
- Turn feedback into opportunities to create outstanding service moments
Requirements
- Natural communicator who loves listening just as much as talking
- Thrives in a client-focused, team-oriented environment
- Organic sales experience necessary—especially memberships or service-based sales
- Background in customer service, hospitality, spa, or wellness environments preferred
- Comfortable using computers and modern scheduling systems
