Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service

About the role

Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio Memberships and retail products. Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, booking appointments, and enthusiastically greeting guests. Engage in daily outbound communication via calls, texts, and emails. Create a welcoming environment by promptly addressing customer questions and needs. Maintain a Membership Sales Closing rate of 40%+ while collaborating effectively with other Lash Consultants. Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the lobby and studio public areas.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio Memberships and retail products
• Answer phone calls, book appointments, and greet guests enthusiastically
• Make outbound calls, send texts, and email guests daily
• Create a friendly environment by welcoming and assisting guests, and quickly responding to customer questions and needs
• Maintain a Membership Sales Closing rate of 40%+ and collaborate with other Lash Consultants
• Maintain cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby and studio public areas
• Responsibly open and close the studio as a key holder
