Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Perform eyelash extensions and other beauty services
• Manage inventory and assist with retail sales
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing customer records
• Participate in ongoing training programs

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented
• Results oriented, metrics driven
• Sales experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask
• Outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful personality
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
• Excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• MindBody Software experience a plus
