Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Generate sales and suggest products
• Stock and merchandise the department
• Maintain a clean and organized department
• Safeguard company assets
• Work all scheduled shifts between Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm
• Be flexible in scheduling based on business needs

Qualifications

• Willingness to share credit, work with others, and define success collectively
• Drive to be dependable and perform well against expectations
• Ability to work independently or in a group setting
• Committed to exceptional customer service
• Good communication skills for engaging with customers
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Fast-paced environment experience and ability to remain detailed and focused
• Previous merchandising experience helpful
• Understanding of brand education and product knowledge
• Physical ability to lift and carry various weights and work standing for extended periods
