Retail Sales Associate - Clothing/Apparel Lead (West Location)

About the role

We are seeking a Full-Time Clothing/Apparel Lead to join our dynamic team at North 40 Outfitters in Spokane, WA. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through exceptional service, product knowledge, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and generate sales
• Suggest products and maintain a clean, organized department
• Lead and develop a successful team
• Safeguard company assets
• Work all scheduled shifts between Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm, including weekends and holidays
• Work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks

Requirements

• Willingness to share credit, work in a team environment, and define success collectively
• Drive to be dependable and perform well against role expectations
• Ability to work independently or in a group setting
• Commitment to providing phenomenal customer service
• Good communication skills and ability to engage with individuals regularly

• Previous merchandising experience helpful
• Ability to educate and assist customers on the brands North 40 sells
• Committed to leading by example and understanding correct lifting and loading techniques
• Physical ability to lift and carry various weights as needed
