Retail Sales Associate (Charlotte, NC)

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems.
• Stock shelves and maintain attractive product displays.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Answer customer questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Support inventory management and merchandise replenishment.
• Convey product features/pricing for a wide variety of items.
• Understand client’s brand guidelines and marketing initiatives; keep internal teams updated with any new initiatives.
• Help achieve store sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Provide occasional onsite event support outside of normal business hours.
• Regularly lift, unpack, move, organize, and stock merchandise.

Pay

The estimated hourly range for this position is between $16.00 – $20.00 an hour. Compensation decisions are influenced by the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, location, education and training, key skills, internal equity, external market data, and broader market and business considerations.

Schedule

This on-site position is located within the Lowe’s Campus and HALO associates will work alongside Lowe’s employees with a work schedule of Monday – Friday from 7:30 am – 4:00 pm ET.
