Retail Sales Associate (Casual) - Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests: Greet guests upon arrival and provide friendly and efficient service to enhance the shopping experience
• Drive retail sales: Highlight promotions and provide product recommendations to enhance the guest experience and maximize profitability
• Be a product expert: Offer guidance on merchandise, styling, and pricing to help customers make informed purchases
• Process transactions with care: Accurately total and handle guest payments using the point-of-sale system; manage cash transactions, process credit and debit cards, issue change, and redeem gift certificates/cards
• Pack and fulfill orders: Wrap merchandise and prepare orders for shipments
• Maintain inventory: Assist with stock management and ensuring proper merchandise supply levels

Qualifications

• At least six (6) months of customer service experience is required
• A flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends and holidays is preferred

Pay & Benefits

• The pay rate for this role is $19.92 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location
