Retail Sales Associate - Carryout (East)

About the role

We are seeking a Full-Time Carryout Associate to join our dynamic team at North 40 Outfitters in Great Falls, MT. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through exceptional service, product assistance, and department management.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Assist customers with loading heavier items and collecting carts
• Generate sales and suggest products
• Stock and merchandise the department
• Maintain a clean and organized department
• Safeguard company assets
• Work all scheduled shifts between Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm
• Be flexible to work weekends and certain holidays
• Perform tasks independently or in a group setting
• Work in a fast-paced environment while remaining detailed and focused
• Work in all weather conditions for the majority of your shift
• Assist in other areas of the store as needed

• Previous merchandising experience is helpful
• Understanding of North 40's product brands
• Knowledge of correct lifting and loading techniques
• Physical ability to lift and carry varying weights
• Ability to work 100% of the workday on your feet, including use of ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks
