Retail Sales Associate - Carryout

About the role

We are seeking a Full-Time Carryout Associate to join our dynamic team at North 40 Outfitters in Havre, MT. Our mission is to provide exceptional service and support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Absorb and assist customers with loading heavier items and collecting carts
• Generate sales and suggest products
• Stock and merchandise the department
• Maintain a clean and organized department
• Safeguard company assets
• Work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Assist in other areas of the store as needed

Requirements

• Willingness to share credit, work with others, and define success collectively
• Self-driven and willing to work more evening shifts
• Ability to work independently or in a group setting
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service
• Good communication skills and the ability to engage with customers regularly
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Flexibility to assist in other areas of the store
• Physical ability to lift and carry various weights, including team lifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions for the majority of the shift

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising experience is helpful
• Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques
• Knowledge of North 40's product brands
