North 40 Outfitters in Ponderay, ID, is seeking a Full-Time Carryout Associate to join their team. They believe each team member contributes significantly to their success, valuing authenticity, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Aid customers with loading heavier items and collecting carts
• Generate sales and suggest products
• Stock and merchandise the department
• Maintain a clean and organized department
• Safeguard company assets
• Work all scheduled shifts between Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm
• Be flexible in scheduling based on business needs

Qualifications

• Willingness to share credit, work in a team environment, and define success collectively
• Drive to be dependable and perform well against expectations
• Ability to work independently or in a group setting
• Commitment to providing phenomenal customer service
• Effective communication skills and engagement with customers
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Flexibility to assist in other areas of the store
• Previous merchandising experience helpful
• Understanding of North 40's product brands
• Knowledge of correct lifting and loading techniques
• Physical ability to lift and carry various weights
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in all weather conditions for most of the shift
