About the role

Grunt Style is seeking part-time Retail Sales Associates to join their team. The role involves creating an awesome in-store experience, connecting with customers, ringing up purchases, maintaining store appearance, and working in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Help create a fun and welcoming shopping experience for customers.
• Support sales through customer engagement, product recommendations, and assisting the store team.
• Maintain store appearance and visual standards.
• Help with shipment, restocking, and keeping the sales floor organized.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges through the POS system.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility with scheduling based on business or store needs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, reaching, lifting, and staying active throughout the shift, with occasional bending, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing as needed.

• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
