About the role
As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and comfort of guests at our resorts. You will assist in various areas including front desk operations, guest check-in/check-out, and managing reservations.Responsibilities
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about resort amenities and services.
- Process reservations and confirmations, ensuring all details are correct and communicated effectively.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting guests, checking in/out, and handling cash transactions.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas.
- Support the maintenance of a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
