Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, answering phones, and assessing their needs in a positive manner.
• Answer questions and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
• Build relationships with customers to suggest products and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Participate in product knowledge training to become the expert.
• Engage in marketing efforts to promote the brand inside and outside the store.
• Assist with all retail store functions in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and presentable for customers.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits.
• Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company standards.
• Maintain store appearance, including the back room, restrooms, and individual work areas.
• Build customers’ confidence by making their experience comfortable and simple.
• Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management.
• Open and close the store, including locking doors and setting the alarm.
• Travel within a 15-mile radius from the home store for shift coverage.
• Work shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours, primarily standing on the sales floor.
• Perform physical tasks such as twisting, bending, squatting, lifting, and reaching overhead.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• Completion of high school or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in retail environments and customer service.
• Professional, energetic, and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communication skills.
• Flexible scheduling availability.
