About the role

Where Ya Bin is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Concord, NC location. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, assist them in finding the perfect product, and help create a positive shopping experience in a unique, value-conscious retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, serving as a cashier and assisting customers with their purchases
• Stock bins and ensure products are readily available and displayed attractively for customers
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily objectives and maintain a smoothly running store

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
• Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and provide accurate product information
• Attention to detail for stocking and merchandising tasks
• Ability to work as a team player and collaborate with colleagues
• Basic computer skills to operate the cash register and use necessary software or tools
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
• Must pass a background check prior to beginning work (felons are not encouraged to apply)
